First Batch of Taiwan Pomelos Appeared at Malaysia National Day Reception
▲Ambassador Yeh Fei-Bi of Malaysia personally introduced and promoted Taiwan pomelo at the event.
The first shipment of Taiwan’s pomelos was successfully exported to Malaysia by sea and cleared customs on September 19th.
Mitagri and Malaysia’s Pingtech Agriculture Sdn. Bhd. jointly exported 1,200 boxes of pomelo gift boxes, which became high-end gift options during Malaysia’s Mid-Autumn Festival.
On October 7th, at the Taiwan National Day celebration hosted by the Malaysian representative office, Taiwan pomelos became a highlight of the event. Nearly 1,000 guests from embassies, government, business, academia and cultural sectors gathered to witness the charm and have a taste of Taiwan’s pomelos.
